หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Receive new inquiry from customer.
1.1send new raw material to purchase request price from vendor.
1.2issue quotation to customer,confirm raw mat status.
2. get forecast running schedule & sample demands from customer.
3. follow quotation approval & schedule.
3.1if price be approved,follow schedule prepare sample or 1st lot.
3.2Don't have raw material:Inform purchase sample demands & schedule for request sample for support on time.meantime,inform to customer for schedule.
3.3Don't have tooling:neet to confirm with engineer about modify tooling,and keep update to customer.
4delivery sample to customer.
4.1follow sample using situation & future schedule.
4.2Price & sample approval & confirm final drawing.
5. follow mass production schedule & P/O or forecast (MRP).
5.1issue mass production schedule to purchase & engineer & planner for prepare mass production.
6. follow 1st mass production lot raw mat & delivery schedule.
6.1Till mass production running normal traisfer to sale department follow.
7. mass production change rev.
7.1inform planer /sale/purchase check WIP,F/G,raw mat stock & P/O out standing status.
7.2issue update price to customer and inform the WIP,F/G, raw mat stock status for old Rev.
7.3follow customer clear stock for old rev...
