หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities

- Responsible for coordinating product demonstrations
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements
- Visit prospective customers at commercial or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages
- Process inquiries by phone, fax , email and personal visits in relations to company business
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
- Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations to our present or prospective customers as required

Qualifications

• age between 30-40 years old


• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Telecommunication, Electrical or other related field , if having knowledge of basic sales and marketing would be advantage


• 5 years or above relevant experiences upwards 


• Fluent in English, both written & spoken and Computer literacy


• Enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly, service minded, and a positive attitude are compulsory


• Mature, reliable and able to work under pressure and work well with deadlines
