• To engage prospects who call or visit a project • To follow up with prospects and collects feedbacks • To negotiate with prospects and inform any counter offers and close sales deal • To provide good sales and after sales services at all times • To provide prospect and sales report • To coordinate with colleague and marketing team to provide feedback or comments on marketing and sales strategies to increase sales • To oversee sales office and show house in presentable manner at all times • To do any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time such as road show, survey, collect data and etc.

qualifications;
• Male/ Female, Thai nationality • Bachelor’s degree in any field, prefer BBA (Marketing) • 1-2 years working experience in property business • Good command in Chinese (Mandarin) • Be able to communicate in Chinese and English will be an advantage • Good personality, interpersonal , communication, presentation skills, teamwork and service mind • Computer literate in MS Office • Having driving license and own car • Be able to work 6 days per week
