Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design from given design concept through to final design documentation.
- Review site condition and constraints.
- Source out and select all materials specification and suppliers.
- Coordinate architectural design with other consultants including engineers, landscape designer and interior.
- Check and Coordinate with team to provide sufficient details for production of working drawings.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Design
- License for Associate Architect
- 10-15 years of experience in Design
- Experience in Real estate business and building layout planning and ability to use Revit will advantage
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Design talent
- Good written and spoken English
- Hard working
