หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Assist the IMR on ensuring that the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) is maintained and continuously improved;

- Assist the IMR on ensuring that any other processes needed for the IMS rather than existing ones are established;

- Assist the IMR on the control of the IMS Documentation;

- Schedule, plan and manage the Internal IMS Audit (IIA) as well as the External IMS Audit;

- Assist in the control of non-conformity processes, i.e. schedule and set up the follow up plan of each non-conformity and assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the remedial and corrective action plans;

- Assist in monitoring and reviewing the suitability and effectiveness of the IMS implementation across the company;

- Implement the IMS programs to meet the IMS Policies and Objectives set;

- Responsible for the communicating and training of the IMS matters within the company;

- Promote the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety awareness and activities in the company;

- Assist in driving and promoting the continual improvement of the IMS;

- Analyze, evaluate, summarize and report the IMS performance results of each function to the management.
