หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Support all users.
- Provide maintenance and support all computer, computer equipment and network systems.
- Provide a secure IT environment including responsibility for back up all data and Microsoft
Exchange server data.
- Maintenance, update and continually improved the IT manual and related IT systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
Scanner.
- Plan scheduled maintenance of hardware and software.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Maintenance records of software licenses.

- Male/Female.
- Age between 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Communication, Electronic or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years experiences in computer hardware (PC, Notebook, UPS, Printer Server ),
Network, General Software or used to be setup, install and support PC.
- Having experience to setup network, wireless lan, wiring lan cable, install windows and
general software.
- Having experience to AD server, File Server, WSUS Server, MS Exchange Server, DNS Server
and Microsoft Hyper-V Server on Windows server 2008 R2, IP-BPX.
- Set up Mobile phone (IOS & Andriod).
- Good knowledge of WAN, LAN, Internet, Anti Virus/SPAM, Backup System, IT Security.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
- Good knowledge of html , php framework , web server and etc.
- Can manage MA hardware and software license, IT asset.
- Can manage Disaster Recovery Site and Software replication (CA ArcServ).
- Good communication skill, hard working, Proactive and service-minded.
- Good command in English.
