หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Tasks & basic technical competences

- To perform documentary Quality Control during study conduct;
- To conduct and to record study monitoring reports;
- To ensure that the customers specifications are fully respected;
- To ensure that SPC Asia fully respect external, internal or legislation requirements in order to satisfy customers;
- To ensure calibration realization and maintenance of SPCA equipments is performed;
- To define and handle the study data archiving system;
- To participate to Quality Assurance tools development;
- To inform all staff about documentary Non-Conformities before dispatching to customers (electronic files, results, protocols and reports);
- To ensure the utilization of the Quality system tools;
- To participate to internal or external Quality meeting;
- To support QA Manager in Internal Audit conduct;
- To participate in the preparation of a future ISO certification.

Specific activities

Responsibilities and Activities:
- To ensure the full respect of Standard Operating Procedures;
- To perform regular study monitoring & to feedback observed Non Conformities to concerned departments & QA Managers
- To make proposals to all departments Managers in order to improve the organization, the image and the profitability of the company;
- To participate in Feasibility meetings (on behalf of QA unit);
- To manage the documentary system with QA Manager;
- To manage the Non Conformity forms with QA Manager;
- To manage the Quality Assurance Plans with QA Manager;
- To manage Regulatory Affairs & QA Manager & QA Group;
- To manage the study data archiving with QA Manager;
- To manage the subjects satisfaction with QA Manager.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Female age between 25-30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Science, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical.(Master degree would be a plus).
- At least 2 years in as QA
- Or At least 1 year working experience in cosmetic / clinical research companies or in cosmetic   industry with a proven track record (if possible)
- Fluent in English communication is a must, especially writing and reading.
- Have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
- Strong skills in leadership, problem solving and decision making.
- Self-motivated, creative, and well organized.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Good personality and service-minded.
- Have knowledge about ISO 9001:2008, GPC,etc.
