หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
This role is expected to lead an After-Sales team to achieve sales targets by developing current market and clients through multiple channels in assigned area. The job holder will be expected to foster and strengthen long term relationships with clients. The job holder will have exceptional understanding in customer application, needs, technical and commercial specifications in order to provide technical and professional advice at after-sales stages.
The job holder is to lead the service team towards service excellence and to drill into the entire service organization responsible customer care. Be committed to upgrade the skills of technical staff through periodic training, and to project an image of service professionalism.

• 40-45 years old
• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or related such as MBA – Operation
• A minimum of 5 years solid experience in after-sales services for engineered products
• Previous experience with Crane, Machinery or Handling technology is a plus
• Proven track record in Sales & Business Development
• Good understanding of the various manufacturing processes and spare parts
• Ability to prepare sales quotations/contracts and negotiations
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills both socially and professionally
• Good communication skill
• Excellent relationships and networks with local and foreign corporations
• Social business acumen with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and possesses can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy and good command of English.
• Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel.
• Full time station at Bangna Branch – Bangna Trad Km. 19
