หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description

- Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure problem (Web server, Database server, Network system, Security and other services ) or system issue, also create incident report and follow-up issues by coordinating to customer and related support team (both in Thailand and Global support)
- Able to identify and determine user requirement and design infrastructure based on application requirement
- Coordinate with related team to setup and implement infrastructure based on design
- Support and coordinate with related team regarding infrastructure maintenance

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

QUALIFICATIONS

- Age : 23 years old or above
- Experience: Required Minimum 1 years’ experience in IT infrastructure implementation and maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field
- Knowledge in helpdesk and system administration tools usage, end-user service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating system or Linux system
- Knowledge network system and network security
- Knowledge system backup and system recovery strategy
- Knowledge cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Office Tools : MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point
- Communication : Fluent in English Speaking / Writing / Listening, Japanese is plus
- Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
- Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required
- Able to working at Ploenchit, Samrong or Bangbor office is prefer
