หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities

- Understand user needs and expectation for system function
- Design system changes and design specifications and installation
- Classify and Troubleshoot system incident also create incident report and follow-up by coordinate with customer and support team
- Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems
- Monitor system operation to detect potential problems
- Manage system stability, operation, security, and scalability
- Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure
- Coordinate and support any problem or request
- Deployment support
- Web Application and mobile Application deployment support
- Develop Test Case, Test scripts and Documentation
- Gather and manage test data requirements
- Execute Test Case, Test scripts

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- At least 1-3 year experience
- Knowledge in Website programming, Database programming, Application development
- Strong in user requirements gather, analysis and application design by creating specification documents
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
- Database Skill, Software Development is preferred
- Thai nationality only
