หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensuring an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfill operational and customer demand
- Managing, planning, coordinating and monitoring the receive, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensuring inventories are accurate and controlling inventory levels by reconciled between physical counts and automated system record
- Controlling and keeping up to date In-Out stock
- Planning future capacity requirement
- Implementing LEAN operation and management
- Developing and maintaining KPI, reports, process, customer requirement, training program and safety record
- Ensuring the health and safety meets the required standards and the risk assessments are carried out
- Ensuring that staff comply to health , safety and environmental regulations and safety to protect themselves and others in the warehouse
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures
- Ensuring that vehicles and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose
- Coaching, managing and developing warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines
- Responsible for warehouse budget and forecast
- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Engaging, working and negotiating with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery
- Working as a part of the management team to share ideas and improve operation
- Cooperating with others in the business to monitor requirements and to ensure quality of service and also maintaining an appropriate interface between the warehouse, suppliers and customer
- Contributing to new business initiatives and projects and reviewing and communicating the impact in Warehousing activities

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male/Female age 35 years up
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- At least 5 years working experiences in Warehouse Operation and/or Logistic Operation
- At least 3 years working in Management level and ability to motivate others
- Presentable experience of managing a warehouse, preferably in the automotive industry
- Acknowledge and understanding of lean techniques
- Good command of English and computer literacy

Knowledge and Skill:
- Inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels within business
- Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team
- Good IT and presentation skills in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse system
