หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Perform preventive maintenance on the injection mold tooling
2. Troubleshoot issues with the molds
3. Set up molds per specific requirements, set up sheet instructions, including robot end of arm fixtures
4. Communicate effectively with production team members, Supervisors, Engineers, and Inspectors to ensure quality installation of molds
5. Understand and comply with safety rules and company policies
6. Collaborate in a team environment to meet or exceed production and quality goals

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Age 35-40 Years old
- Bachelor Degree in relate filed.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of mold maintenance or set up experience in plastic injection molding facility, and knowledge and skills to safely, effectively, and efficiently disassemble, clean, troubleshoot, and assemble injection molds
- Demonstrates sound mechanical reasoning, knowledge of mold function and a desire to improve his/her own plastics processing knowledge as it relates to mold functions
- Familiar with hot-running function, basic maintenance and troubleshooting techniques like probe tip cleaning, removal, and reworking and basic electrical troubleshooting on proves, heaters, thermocouples, and manifolds
