1. To keep the company contract.
2. To be the secretary of company director meeting, share holder meeting.
3. To coordinate external and internal concerned parties in legal and compliance issues
4. To submit the company application to
- Ministry of Industry (Factory licenses)
- Ministry of Defense (Armament licenses)
- Ministry of Commerce (Business license, Share holder list)
- Local authority such as Or.Bor.Tor
- Work permit for foreigners to work in Thailand, Visa application
5. To monitor the license and update the renewal issues.
6. To be government liaison of company in any particular issues
