หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Position: Customer Service Officer

Summary of Position:
- Uphold the highest levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Interact with clients via website / e-mail / phone according to set standards and procedures.
- Enter and approve product quotations into the web system according to our procedures and policies
- Generate any supported documents needed such as shipping list, invoice, etc.
- Receive clients that visit us at the factory and help them enter their projects into the system according to set standards and procedures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field, Business or jewelry study is a plus.
• Fluent in English communication with TOEIC score 700+
• Computer literacy (data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, social media)
• Able to work under pressure and complete multi task
• Dynamic, open and responsible
• Communicate complicated concepts in a clear, orderly fashion
• Willing to learn new systems and have a high level of confidence in their own ability to learn new things
