v Responsible for wine shops within Phuket area
v To support the introduction of new products via the effective deployment throughout the team
v To lead, motivate, train, coach and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction. And also analyze, monitor and manage store manpower including evaluate staff performance
v To implement and monitor processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations
v Responsible for performance and cost of doing business measurement within the force to measure the well being of total group of assigned retail stores in terms of operations, profitability, bottom line and growth
v To ensure all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service are carried out effectively
v To implement the divisional sales strategy for Territory Sales Management to achieve its budget, revenues and strategic goals
