หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1) Planning and control the procurement of raw materials advanced, as well as services and contractors in charge of the Purchasing Department to ensure efficiency, objectives and policies of the organization.
2) Planning, negotiating prices of raw materials and goods, reduce production costs, according to corporate policies, responsible procurement main raw material in the production to deliver on time. Implementation and control of source of vendor quality and adequate to support the process and to support policies to reduce production costs and administrative.
3) Responsible for keeping order in the work of subordinates, to support the production and operation of various parties to achieve common objectives. Development work is always effective coordination / support of various parties involved, for each successful project as planned or set policies or any other project related duties as assigned.
4) Contribute to the cost savings goal through process efficiency.
5) Work with Management to report and monitor process compliance.

- BA/BS in Business, Engineering or related field required
- At least 5 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement or similar function in Electronic Parts Business will be advantaged
- Experience and understanding of the Materials management program
- Negotiable skills and Positive thinking
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent in English language and computer skill (ERP and MS Office)
- Chinese language communications are preferred
