หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.To comply with the requirements of Quality Management and Customer Complaints Handling
Management System, procedures and instructions and to support to the established system
2. To realize performance measurements defined within Quality Management and Customer Complaints
Handling Management Systems / to support their realization; to follow up measurement results
3.To make feedbacks for improvement of Quality Management and Customer Complaints Handling
Management Systems (For example, Event Notification, Corrective / Preventive / Improvement
Actions, Suggestion Award System, etc.)
4. In emergency situation to fulfill responsibilities in Emergency Team in which employee takes place
5. In emergency situation leaving the office building by the nearest evacuation ways to go the assembly
point
6.
To avoid all kinds of wastefulness mainly about consuming materials obtained by natural resources;
to prevent pollution; to avoid using harmful materials for environment and humankind; to support
studies recycling and recovery.
