- รับสายลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น ด้านการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือโปรแกรม - วิเคราะห์รวบรวม บันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลในการทำรายงาน - ส่งต่อปัญหาให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตาม พร้อมปิดงานให้กับลูกค้า ** มีการฝึกอบรม เพื่อเรียนรู้ก่อนปฏิบัติงานจริง (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)

Job Description: • Manage overall IT projects (Software, Hardware, Implement) including planning, budgeting, coordinating, executing, controlling to achieve project within timeline. • Monitor projects and track progress. • Coordinate internal/external departments for smoothly and effective project. • Recommend and supervise staff and team • Oversee project documentation. • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities • Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications. • Work on behalf of CP ALL or Subsidiary company's project management team

Job Description: - Application support for user. - Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to Business Applications. - Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively. - Monitoring and Handle Incident Ticket operation. - Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed. - Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications - Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data. - Summarize and Reporting incident or issues following the schedule time. - Conduct User Training session. - Develop User Guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation. Job Specification: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields. - Required Application Support Experience 1-4 years able to work under pressures. - Basic Knowledge in MSSQL databases and able to use query syntax and coding. - Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills. - Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Service Mind. - Good Knowledge in Microsoft platform and Microsoft Office program. - Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.

รายละเอียดงาน - สร้าง/แก้ไข Test Plan, Test Case และ Test Log - ปรับปรุงข้อมูลการทดสอบให้ตรงตามความต้องการของระบบ (Requirements) - ทำการทดสอบและจัดทำเอกสารแสดงผลการทดสอบ - บันทึกข้อมูลของการทดสอบ เพื่อส่งให้หัวหน้าทีมทดสอบ ( Test Leader) - เข้าร่วมประชุมกับทีมทดสอบ เพื่อชี้แจงข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ที่มีผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟแวร์/ระบบ -สรุปผลการทดสอบทั้งหมดลงในแบบสรุปการประเมินผลการทดสอบโดยรวม (Defect Summary) และรายงานผล - ทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลติดตั้งระบบเพื่อติดตั้งระบบในการทดสอบบน environment ต่างๆและควบคุมการทดสอบให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง - บันทึกการทำงานลงในระบบบันทึกการทำงาน ( Time Sheet System) คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร -เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่ 22-30 ปี -ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม คอมพิวเตอร์ , วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง -ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านTester 2ปี ขั้นไป -หากมีความรู้ความสามารถในการเขียนโปรแกรมจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ -มีประสบการณ์การใช้ SQL ระดับดี
