Help Desk, Customer Relations Management (CRM), call dispatching and others services are provided 24/7, to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction, and to match the rate of business growth.

Innovation Management Trainee is a 18 months program focusing on developing both innovation and leadership competencies. This program will provide continuous coaching sessions that can develop your strengths by working closely with senior management and Innovation team as well as learning opportunity in many training and development courses as listed below.
- Innovation Startup Project
- Training both technical and skill courses
- On the job training
- Coaching and mentoring
- Observation Program

Professional Areas include :
- Programmer (IT Development)
- System or Network Engineer (IT Operation)
- IT Client Service, Partner Relationship or IT Performance Measurement
- IT Security
