หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Jobs Description:
- Alerts Support, Solving Problem for all IT Systems (Call Center System, Network, Servers, Applications)
- Users support, communication and tickets managements
- Logging and tracking the details of the issue and problems as cases
- Communication and follow up to user and alert cases to proper teams and handle including tracking the status of cases unit closure
- Escalate the case to Supervisor when we the issue is going to miss the SLA
- Provide technical phone and door to door support to users

Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality Male/Female ages between 20 – 30 years old
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Bachelor \'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Able to understand customer contracts, Service level agreement, and Scopes of work
- Willing to work in shift and Multi Site
- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Windows and Linux operating system and Databases
- Basic Knowledge and understanding in network & infrastructure
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skill and Services mind
- Demonstrate enthusiasm about learning new things and a willingness to put extra time and effort into training
