หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:-

• Overseeing sales strategies for all functions and developing working systems to increase the team’s work efficiency to achieve assigned targets or turnkey or distribution sales.
• Finding and visiting new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing ones.
• Providing product portfolio, technical knowledge to customers.
• To prepare sales reports and account analysis for management.
• Able to working on upcountry and traveling aboard.
• Reporting directly to the Sales Director.

The ideal candidate’s qualification:-

• Thai nationality, male or female, aged 25 - 45 years old.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years’ sales experience or more.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Self-motivated, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to drive a car with a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
• Eager to develop both existing and new skills for a successful career
• Proactive attitude with the ability to both identify and find solutions to problems
• Previous working experience in a seed business preferred

Job Requirements
• Male/Female, Age from 25-35 years old
• BS Graduate in Agricultural Engineering or Postharvest, Master Degree is a plus.
• A few years’ managing experience in agricultural postharvest is a plus
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, positive attitude, likes doing new things
• Willing to travel internationally
• hardworking and can work under pressure
