To check payment transaction and upload data to bank
To direct credit to supplier, customer and staff for medical aid expenses
and settlement of advance money
To support and monitor for bill payment service, daily cash balances and Prepare forecast, report cash flow, cash on hand to management
To organize, coordinate and facilitate administrative works and corporate
affairs on several issue
To record all utilities charge such as telephone charge, multi-functions machine,
mobile phone usage, building rental charge, toll way fee
