หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

To synchronize brand strategy and channel strategy into the execution in stores to supplement the achievement of the maximum sales / distribution results.
To monitor Key competitors activities in order to provide feedback and reapply for the company’s brand.
To take part in settling the sales target divided into the brands in the short-term and the mid-term.
To manage subordinates to conduct the environmental analysis, such as Makro environment, market environment, competitor environment and consumer environment, and accomplish it.
To manage subordinates to think up the new product or renewal plans, and proceed them to the launching and make them stable in the market.
To manage sales progress to analyze the gap between plan and actual, and instruct subordinates to think up recovery plan.
To create a culture among subordinates to try thinking and acting independently.
