หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Prepare precise and completed quotation to customers
Follow up with customers and overseas inquiries such as shipment status, related document, billing, claims and other requirements
Coordinate with booking team to request cost and others for supporting sales team to prepare RFQ package
Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly
Follow up and solve problems that caused during operation
Review and update quotations with current market price to customers

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related field
More than 1-2 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service; preferably in Freight Forwarder or Import & Export
Good command of English
Good communication and interpersonal skills (internal, domestic and overseas)
