หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

*Compliance
-Administer and provide support for compliance system and internal control system (including risk management) IN ORDER TO ensure that MHM comply with all internal and external laws and regulations
*Legal Affairs
-Advise, counsel and provide support for all MHM's activities relating to all laws, regulations and government sector IN ORDER TO ensure that all activities met the company's objectives and requirements and comply with Thai laws and other related regulations
*Government Sector Coordination
-Coordinate with internal and external units for BOD meeting, shareholder meeting and other company's business IN ORDER TO ensure that results are aligned with business objectives and complied with Thai laws and other related regulations
