หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop silhouette and product classifications, within the framework of the assortment plan, to reflect a balance between fashion/trend as well as core and emerging businesses for presentation to and selection by the Merchant and Product Development team.
• Communicate with partners on trends, details and communicates any required changes to ensure the design vision for the brand is met.
• Research emerging trends across silhouette, fabric, trim and fit/styling in order to act as a key influencer in driving brand image to strengthen and maintain competitive positioning in consumer market and design product for commercial success.
• Research, establish, differentiate and communicate technology and fabric platforms for your business category.
• Lead collaboration with design peers to establish solutions for department challenges and new growth opportunities. Gain alignment with the Head of Designer and drive implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design or Apparel Production
• 3 Years experience in supervising Technical Design Department in apparel industry
• General knowledge of entire apparel production process, product development, from conception to delivery, domestic and overseas, and how it relates to each department
• Knowledge of apparel construction (methods and machinery), sample making and bulk production
