หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Sales
1.1. Make regular outside sales, telesales / service calls and send marketing materials to prospects and clients to achieve targeted placement revenue budget, Effectively present Manpower corporate information, features and benefits of Manpower's proprietary recruitment process during customer visits
1.2. Responsible for new account target achievement according to the each year target set
2. Customer/Candidate Relation
2.1. Resolve problems and complaints from candidates or clients in an effective and timely manner, including guarantee period. Provide orientation, coaching and counseling as and when needed to assure the candidate good performance and clients' satisfaction.
2.2. Create and delivery development and employee relation activity and knowledge between associates and clients to ensuring good performance meeting clients’ satisfaction
3. Recruitment
3.1. Plan the screening, searching and selection process. Conduct interview and assess applicants through Predictable Performance System and profiling tool (if such tool is available at branch and requested by client) to ensure right placement of job. Ensure that reference check has been conducted.
4. Administration
4.1. Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates. Support data for generate report, invoice, payroll and other documents for running process. Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whist maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.
5. Management
5.1. Supervise and coordinate with recruiter and onsite, give help, consultant and support as needed. Any problem occurring solve it onsite if possible or escalate to supervisor
5.2. Monitor recruiter and onsite performance
