หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 24x7 Maintenance Engineers locate at Client's site Bangna KM.21-22
• To carry out and record planned for corrective maintenance based on customer service which support quickly and efficiently so as to cause the least amount of network equipment downtime
• To carry out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Shift Engineering Team Leader, ensuring work is executed in a safe and suitable manner
• To ensure network equipment and services are all in working order ready for customer after maintenance periods
• To maintain good communication throughout the process with the engineering team and customer
