หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Engineer should be capable for Handling drive test engineer and optimization activities for Benchmarking drive test, features trial, worst cell analysis, KPI improvement. Analyze the KPI, Problem areas RF Tuning ,propose solutions with customers to meet the KPI Target. Prepare Analysis report according to the template within timeline given by customer.
2. Must have knowledge to deal with VIP customer complaints and assurance. Handle special requests from customers pay attention on special events, drive test and analyse problems , propose solutions with customers and output report within timeline given by customer.
3. Support external interference source hunting , identify the sources and output the report.
4. Regularly follow up and cross Check Engineering Parameters, related network parameters , alarms and monitor cell resources , to pre-check network condition before drive test and for quick problem analysis and solutions.
5. Antenna Adjustment support according to the proposed solutions upon customer's approval.
6. Good Knowledge on improving the Service KQI, User experience E2E improvement CS and PS e.g. call drop, call failure, call setup time, Line, YouTube, Facebook and Web Browsing.
7. Signaling Trace and Layer 3 message analysis for Service KQI analysis and deep analysis & troubleshooting.
8. Capable of doing DT Benchmarking statistic gap analysis, analyse worst cells from OSS and solutions for improvement to meet the KQI target.
