หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Operation and administration of recruitment & selection process
- Create job description and posting on job seeker website and maintain job advertising
- Conduct in depth and face to face interview with the prospect candidates for final selection process before submitting short listed candidates to the customer.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements using behavioral interviewing techniques
