Responsibilities:

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; accounting; managing filing systems; assigning and monitoring tasks.
• Managing and organizing the office records.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising project results.
• Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts in collaboration with the directors.
• Organize brainstorming and do market research.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations as required.
• Keeps directors informed by submitting activity and results reports: weekly work summation and plans
• Recommends changes in service and policy by evaluating results, competitive developments and trends.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to directors.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort as needed.

Requirements/Skills: Bachelor’s degree holder and at least 2 to 3 years of work experience. The office supervisor organizes and oversees numerous projects, the team, tasks, activities, and facilitate the smooth running of our office. We are looking for candidate who is ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit. This role has salary base plus profit sharing.
