A leading international networking business is seeking a high-calibre
Marketing Director (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to support all
Marketing and business development activities in Thailand and regional.
In this business critical role you will be responsible for all
Marketing strategy including budget and forecasts for
Marketingdepartment. You will also take the lead providing direction to acquire and maintain professional relationship with major Business Leader and Members also customers
Partnering with Successmore's highest valued accounts to grow sales and qualifications through co-developed "Business Leader" growth objectives and expectations.
Proactively lead the account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.

Prepare Marketing strategy, budgets and forecasts in conjunction with relevant departments and establish corrective actions for variances in results
Control, direct and motivate sales force operating through Bangkok and regional to meet company business objectives for Marketing, gross margin, expenses, business growth and market share levels
Implement and manage Marketing strategy, i.e. Marketingtraining, Marketing territory management, customer service expectations together with relevant Key Performance Indicators and Critical Success Factors
Establish programs for key account management and the development of key account plans
To succeed in the Marketing Director job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior business development and sales teams.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, General Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Relation, Business partner/owner, Sales and Account Management; manage and arrange training/seminar/workshop schedule and working experience in sales and business development function
At least 10 years of people management experience
Familiar with Networking Business is preferred
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability and dealing with ambiguity.
Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Able to work independently as well as teamwork.
Having a strong strategic mindset with ability to manage changes and complexity.
Enjoy travelling and can work on weekend at upcountry / overseas.
Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment.
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft office suite.
Excellent verbal and written Thai and English languages communication skills.
Demonstrable success in working in a large multinational corporation is essential with a strong personal desire for success and career progression
