หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Receive, log and dispatch or transfer calls for IT Support

- Perform first level incident/problem determination, incident/problem analysis and assist End Users to determine incident/problem

- Monitor incident/problem status and track the resolution of incidents/problems, then update end users on the status of the open incident/problem or request

- Set up and configuration of operating system with configuration instructions and operating system license provided by Cigna

- Provide problem determination and resolution for system and software related problems on desktop or laptop

- Be able to Setup / Configure / Maintain Vmware 5.0, 6.0 is a must
