หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Responsible for all marketing tools - from design or coordinate design to production and distribution include stockmanagement of all marketing materials (literature, product sample, banner, packaging, premium, and promotion item).
- Plan and arrange event (liaise with event organizer) include all media channel to promote and maximize brand awareness and product.
- Plan and implement training program to support sales team.
-Conduct complete process of Customer Satisfaction Survey.
-Engage the process of New product, Technology, Innovation or any change of Knauf Product.
-Provide competitive analysis on various companie\'s market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation and product by market visit or phone.
-Coordinate with sales team to plan and arrange promotion.
-Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
-Determine an approach to pricing and set prices for products.
-Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management.
-Undertake marketing audits to measure sales performance and ROI after marketing promotion or event.
-Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
-Coordinate with regional marketing to develop and centralize new product/innovation data and marketing activities such as; literature, banner, event, website, project proposal and etc..
-Coordinate with Head Quarter in Germany to update product development and marketing activities in regional.
-Maintain and provide strength to company\'s brand position in assigned regional marketing area.
-Collect and analyze marketing data in this region that will help guide plans and priorities.
-Keep abreast of city/regional matters and consumer trends that may affect the brand or the business.
-Work with region marketing to develop and manage regional marketing budget against objectives.
-Other duties as assigned by Manager.
