หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Precede purchasing processes from issuing POs, submit to suppliers, and follow up orders to enable smooth logistic.
- Provide updated logistic cost to support all Sales teams regarding to Sales margins.
- Shipment counselling with all suppliers by distributing shipping instructions in purpose of accomplish minimum cost and punctually delivery.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents including tax, cash advance to comply with Customs Regulations for effective clearance and time saving.
- Manage goods receive system and material delivery to destinations upon customer requirements.
- Coordinate export/courier activities for both goods and samples.
- Prepare Royalty Invoice and confirm Interco invoice of goods in transit to Finance Department.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Degrees in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field
- Experience: 3 years’ work experience in procurement, logistics or related field
- Knowledge of Supply chain, Logistics and Procurement procedure.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
- Decision making and Problem solving skills. and Negotiation skills
