หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Planning - preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs.
- Controlling - monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur.
- Supervising - managing supervisors, organizing staff and making sure targets are met.
- Reporting - putting together production reports for factory managers and clients.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Liaising with sales and planning staff.

1. 5-10 years experience in Thai factory operation
2. Bachelor degree in related major preferred
3. Strong Leadership
4. Good communication and organization
5. Lean experience is preferred.
6. Either Local Thai or expatriate is Ok
7. Good English is preferred.
