IPPUDORamen Bangkok was founded in 1985 in Japan's ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally renowned Ramen King and founder of IPPUDO, which encompasses some of Japan's finest restaurants. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
ลักษณะงาน:
- Verify&Checking; correctness and completeness of supporting documents for AP (Inventory,Invoice,Receipt,PO,PR)
- Verify&Checking; purchase voucher and document inventory invoice (COGS) form supplier billing invoice.
- Verify&Checking; petty cash voucher (for stores)
- Check approval signature in accordance with company approval matrix
- Prepare billing invoice supplier report on 10th of month
- Record AP transactions by daily in MAC-5 (AP voucher)and prepare cheque for payment to supplier (PV voucher)
- Prepare and submit tax withholding tax report (PND.3 , PND.53) and reconcile
- Prepare and verified Input VAT and Submit VAT report and reconcile
- Prepare record transaction and prepare cheque payment voucher within due 05 , 18 , 28 and pay in bank to supplier
- Accrued Expense (Fixed cost) Rental, Service Fee, Utility for Store, HO
- Create inventory code, new vendor code and link account code in MAC-5
- Supplier register : Credit term, Receive billing invoice date of month, Paid date of Month (Rental, Store, HO)
- Payment to supplier on 28-29 of month (2.00 – 5.00 PM)
- Prepare fixed asset document and provide to fixed asset register
- AP aging and AP outstanding report
- Cheque register update every day
- Assist with month end closing and document support
- Perform other related and Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
• Age 28 years old up
• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• 5 year experience in Accounting , Fixed Assets
• 1 year experience in F&B Hotel, Retail, Trading, Service
• English is a plus
• Good computer literacy
• Knowledge of Express program is an advantage
• Able to work immediately is preferable
