IPPUDORamen Bangkok was founded in 1985 in Japan's ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally renowned Ramen King and founder of IPPUDO, which encompasses some of Japan's finest restaurants. There are over 80 IPPUDO restaurants in Japan, and more than 45 globally in New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Seoul, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chendu, Manila, Jakarta London and Bangkok. IPPUDO has become the most popular ramen restaurant over the years. Kawahara was crowned Ramen King in 2005 and holds a place in the Ramen Hall of Fame after winning the championship 3 times consecutively between 1997-2000 on "TV Champion Ramen Chef" a reputable Japanese television show produced by TV Tokyo.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Review daily account payable transaction i.e.handle supplier‘s billing , receiving , costing , and input vendor’s invoices, etc.
2. Solve the problem and coordinate with suppliers.
3. Review Tax report – PND.3,53,54 , PP.30,36 and prepare PND.54 & PP.36
- Checking PND. Form with GL
4. Ensure and review all AP account transactions with GL.
5. Reconcilation AP such as COGS, Expense, Input vat, PND.
6. Record , Checking and manage accrued account.
-Rental & Utilities.
-SSO, Provident fund
-Bonus
-Insurance
-Audit
7. Ensure and review expenses with centers are collect
8. Planning and forecast cash out (AP vendor)
9. Monitoring
-COGS
-Rental & Utilities compare with LL contact.
10. Provide Capex report by check GL report with document and confirm the correct number to FC to comparable with budget.
11. Verify AP Aging
12. Review to ensure vendors expenses are paid correctly and follow company policy.
13. Ensure that billing, collection, and reporting activities are carried out per specified on timelines.
14. Prepare costing report
15. Coordinate with the Revenue Department.
16. Support annual audit.
17. Other duties as assigned.

6. Knowledge in Accounting software,POS, ERP, F/A
7. Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products
8. English is a plus
