Provide general information relating to Service Business such as Banking & Financial, Airline, Automobil/Transport, Government, Telecom/IT, Consumer Retail, Property.
To answer calls professionally respond to customer inquiries by searching required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide customers with product and service information by the telephone or E-mail
Negotiation to solve customer’s problem
Obtain customer information to enter to CRM system
Male or Female, Age not over 35 years old, Thai Nationality Only.
At least high school until Bachelor’s degree graduated related to Service business or related fields.
Experienced in Customer Service, Call Center or Customer Complaint would be advantage.
Good service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill.
Positive thinking, active, fast learning, enthusiastic and good relationship.
Good command of written/ spoken English. (Government TOEIC 400 up, Air Line TOEIC 550 up, Consumer Retail TOEIC 550 up, ICT TOEIC 550 up.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Be able to work on Saturday - Sunday for rotating.
Must be able to work on shift schedule. (shift-work 8 hrs per day and 5 days per weeks)
