หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Develop and implement human resources, union of business conditions and alignment with management.
- Development HR strategies, objectives and processes. Facilitate their implementation through line management
- Influence management and the operations of the ongoing need for transformation and drive it throughout the Group
- Ensure legal compliance and conductive relationship with external stakeholders like community, local politicians, NGOs and Environment authorities.
- Aggressive for training and development, remuneration and performance management and people management.
- Cross-cultural environment culture, paucity of professionals, internal development important,
possible poaching ground, talent management.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male/ Female aged 35 years up

- Min. Bachelor degree in Human Resource, HROD, Psychology, Law or related field.

- 10 - 18 years Leadership capacity required-Human Resource in manufacturing is advantage.

- Good command in English (both writing and speaking)

- Strong leadership, analytical, result-oriented, strategic planning, creative thinking and well organized.
