Job Description :
- Reporting to the Destination Manager Southern Thailand
- To Supervise and oversee the day to day work of the Excursion Team in Phuket and Khao Lak
- To ensure that all work is up to date and accurate
- Process bookings, ensuring data is correct and confirmed by suppliers
- Create and develop excellent relationships with all suppliers, tour representatives and customers
- Resolve customer issues via telephone, email or face-to-face in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
