1.Build a positive working environment.
2.Set up motivation action plan, event or activities to CSRs work happily, boost up morale and working environment in order to achieve the
committed performance targets of Call Center.
3.To comply with the control requirements in the laid down procedures or Manual relevant to your job responsibilities.
6.To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
7.To comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering regulatory, local and group requirements.
8.Prepare General Expense Claim to Finance.
9.Coordinate CSR activity with SC Club, iDream Project.
10.Alternate communication team such as Bank Announcement, Hot News etc.
