หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Ensure and develop health and safety strategies and developing internal policy to serve safety legislation up to date
2. Outline safe operational procedures which identify, take account of all relevant hazards and reduce risk assessments
3. Carry out regular site inspections daily and weekly to check policies and procedures are being properly operated in preventive and appropriate ways
4. Lead and participate in safety committee meetings
5. Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health, safety, risks, fire fighting and concerned issues
6. Keep records of inspections findings, incidents, environment evaluation, accidents, illnesses and injuries to prevent recurrence and produce statistics for managers
7. Attend Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) seminars for instruct and guide safety policy to staffs and managements
8. Work with maintenance and production staff to make factory operation safe daily and new project such as new equipment installation etc.
9. Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases

Qualifications

• Female or Male age is not over 35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Industrial Safety
• Good Knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
• Minimum of 2 years experience or above in occupational Safety and Health Officer
• Excellent knowledge of the Thai Safety Law and Regulations
• Able to communicate and build up safety awareness and safety training arrangement would be preferred
• Strong knowledge in laws and standard of safety management, health and environment
• Good communication skills in Thai and English both written and spoken
