หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Summary:
The Luxury Travel Specialist will play a key role at ICS Travel Group providing our B2B partners with the most extraordinary and exciting travel itineraries in the luxury segment.
The role focuses on offering the most exciting and innovative experiences and communicating with tour operators and supporting the Sales teams to develop the hi-end market.

Responsibilities:
Sales
• Create, develop, update and constantly improve ICS Style experiences.
• Design itineraries and quotations with.
• Handle VIP/Virtuoso inquiries/bookings for all countries except Indonesia
• Develop and cultivate relationships with luxurious clients and partners.
• Provide proposals in the presentation format including the unique selling points
Operations
• Brief the Operations offices to ensure smooth handling on the ground.
• Handling of VIP bookings from start to finish.
• 24/7 assistance in case of an emergency.
• Contact clients while in the destination.
• Liaise with suppliers and operation offices to provide all details of the booking and clients.
• Coordinate to cost and quote itineraries for all luxurious clients at competitive prices.
• Hold regular meetings with operations teams in country to ensure all Style bookings are operated smoothly and clients expected are met.
Communication
• Work closely with new agents and key agents to advise and assist on the right choice of product for their hi-end clients.
• Accompany FAM trips for overseas agents or clients when necessary.
• Run regular reports to understand what products and services are being booked by clients with input to Product department for the Style product development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, although the following are preferred: Travel & Tourism / English / Hotel Management.
• Thai National Male / Female
• Experience in working in a Luxury Travel Environment.
• Excellent communication Skills in English both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset and thinks outside of the box.
• Articulate with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to manage a small team.
• Polished and professional when dealing with high end clients and agents directly.
• Computer literate, Microsoft office, outlook, word, power point, etc.
• Proven track record in the luxury travel sector.
• Able to travel to gain product knowledge as and when required to our regions.
• Knowledge of the Indochina region.
