หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Scope of work;
Be responsible for developing, Quick and Easy Meals, Frozen Food or any related products (International Product / Domestic Product)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and document the creation of new product
2. Prepare product formulations , ingredient specifications, and process specifications
3. Coordinate with manufacturing and supervise on maintaining or improving product quality, \ production process and troubleshooting of existing products
4. Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts
5. Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products
6. Dealing with any customer complaint or product issues
7. Checking/approving product specifications and labelling
8. Coordinate with Production to control standard of Product processes
9. Work with sales team and customers to define customer needed

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Male or Female, Thai national
2. Bachelor degree in Food science, Food Technology, Product Development
3. Have Experience in Food manufacturing (ready meal or dried meat would be advantage)
4. Like to cooking, Positive thinking, Creative thinking, Details oriented,
5. Creative and passionate about food.
6. Good collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills.
7. Have knowledge of Quality Management System such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and others necessary which concern with company.
8. Accountable, deliver on commitments, Able to work hard.
9. Strong in leadership skill, analytical, problem solving
10. Good command of English (speaking and writing)
