หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•Recruiting potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
•Multi-task and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
•Evaluate employee performance and conduct learning and development programs to train employees with skills required for particular jobs.
•Observe labor-related issues and take disciplinary actions to ensure rules and regulations are properly followed.
•Handles HR roles in each specialist such as Compensation, benefits, payroll and other Human Resources Management related functions. Ensure that company’s regulations are according to the updated labor law. Prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy related issues and employee relation.
