Working with PPC Manager on daily and weekly production plan

Communicating to the Leaders and operators on the plan

Communicating to the next Shift in Charge on the production plan and progress in the same; planning on continuance and for next batches.

Achieving shift wise and daily production targets

Monitoring and improving the Manpower, Plant and equipment cycle time and efficiency

Ensuring unloading, sorting (wherever applicable) and proper storage of RM / FG

Ensure proper numbering, recording, Stock and Issuance of Maintenance

Ensure adherence to calibration and preventive maintenance program for all Production instruments

Review periodically Production documents to ensure compliance as per GDP.

Conduct routine internal audits for conformance to SOP's/ Rules for keepings systems in place.

Monitor effective production implementation at shop floor to satisfy customer requirements.

Provide support in customer and regulatory audits to Managing Director.

Review and publish routine Trend analysis (Production reports).

Material return analysis and submitting report to Management team and analysis as per SOP.

Manpower and production activity optimization.

Handle objectives, plan, and manage resource utilization, including budgeting, recruitment, and team development, while overseeing the production units to ensure the delivery of high-quality products according to production plans.

Control the production process by implementing the Production Excellence Framework to ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective operations, with a focus on safety.

Develop workforce management plans and strategies, including enhancing team capabilities, to enable the achievement of operational goals.

Monitor operational results in all dimensions to ensure alignment with set objectives and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to innovate products or introduce new materials, continuously improve processes, and develop personnel, providing guidance to staff in line with senior management policies.
