หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- To achieve individual sales targets: Acquire new customers, Maintain and develop existing customers with organic growth

- To maintain a good relationship with customers and improve share of customer’s spending: Handle and answer customers’ queries, Proactively promote kerry service via courtesy calls

- To identify customers with large business potential: Explore business potential of customers via regular courtesy calls, Up-trade customers’ spending and migrate to field sales if required

- To support sales & marketing promotion programs and follow related guidelines: Introduce promotion program to customers via telephone, Follow pricing / discount policies and promotion guidelines

- Qualify sales leads and make appointment for sales visit if necessary

- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

- Take care of customers in Kerry Express business unit

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 6

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Diploma or Bachelor degree at any disciplines

2 to 3 years’ tele-sales or call-center experience with sales-driven mindset, preferably gained in Logistics, Cargo Air Freight or Express Delivery industry.

Proven success sales record with innovative solutions to customers

Organized, possess good selling skills, Customer-oriented.

Customer-focused, with drive to achieve

Good interpersonal skills in the building up of relationship, whilst able to cultivate with people of diversified nationalities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Has experience Telesales from Logistic company will be advantage.

Good command of spoken and written English and local language, Chinese speaking (HSK 4-5) is an advantage
