หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Cloud Operations Team ensuring high-performance standards and alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services.
• Manage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources.
• Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems.
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of industry the best practices and innovations.
• Work with security teams to ensure cloud environments are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Regularly review and audit infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and cloud infrastructure configurations.
• Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise of Wireless controller and Firewall Incident
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, local cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices.
• Knowledge of Windows / Linux-based systems
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions, including experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls, and VPN
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, ServiceDesk plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
