For the utmost benefit of the entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members using the services on the
JOBBKK.COM
website, and to ensure that the service standards are of high quality as an intermediary for the working community, it is necessary to establish the terms and conditions of service. JOBBKK.COM
reserves the right to amend, change, or improve the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice and/or consent from the members. All members are advised to review the terms and conditions of JOBBKK.COM
as detailed below.
“The Company's objective is to act as an intermediary between companies that require services and individuals seeking employment with those companies, facilitating communication between them through the Company's services.”
Therefore, in the event of any damage, it shall be a mutual liability, not related to the Company, which is acting solely as an intermediary service provider, and thus has no interest in any actions that cause damage between the parties.
However, the Company's liability is limited to errors and deviations in providing services as an intermediary, and for failing to provide services in accordance with its duties as an intermediary.
The sentence appearing in the contract, as amended, is “entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members.”
In the terms and conditions of the website, the following “words” shall have the meanings set forth herein:
“Advertisement” means any announcement for recruiting individuals for employment and includes any form of advertisement appearing on the JOBBKK.COM website.
“Client” means individuals or entities who request to use the services on the JOBBKK.COM website.
“Job Seeker Member” means an individual who has applied for membership as a job seeker with JOBBKK.COM and has received a Username and Password.
“Entrepreneur Member” means an entity that has applied for membership as an entrepreneur with JOBBKK.COM and has received a Username and Password.
“Username” means the name created by the client and authorized by JOBBKK.COM for signing in to access services. “Password” means the code created by the client and authorized by JOBBKK.COM for signing in to access services.
“JOBBKK.COM” means JOBBKK DOT COM RECRUITMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
Entrepreneur members shall provide true, complete, and accurate information in the service application form. If it is later discovered that any entrepreneur member has provided untrue, incomplete, and/or incorrect information, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to such entrepreneur member without prior warning or notice and shall not be obligated to refund any expenses (if any).
Entrepreneur members engaged in the business of insurance brokerage or agency (including but not limited to general insurance, accident insurance, and life insurance), direct sales (whether single-level or multi-level marketing), member recruitment or pyramid schemes, credit services, credit card services, financial institutions, or any other businesses of a similar nature are prohibited from using the services of JOBBKK.COM If it is later discovered that any entrepreneur member is engaged in, or there is reason to believe that the entrepreneur member is engaged in, any of the aforementioned businesses and has secretly used the services, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services to that entrepreneur member without prior warning or notice and shall not be obligated to refund any expenses (if any).
Any entrepreneur member who engages in, or there is reason to believe that the entrepreneur member engages in, any conduct specified in clauses 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 , JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to such entrepreneur member without prior warning or notice and shall not be obligated to refund any expenses (if any).
In case that any entrepreneur member searches for more than 150 applicant profiles per day or does not have any job postings.
In case that an entrepreneur member searches for a job seeker member's history that does not match the advertised job position or if a job seeker member files a complaint stating that they have been contacted and invited to join a job position in a field or type of business they have explicitly indicated as undesirable in their history.
In case of the display of false information, forgery of documents, or impersonation of another entrepreneur's name without authorization or any duty or involvement with that business in applying for membership
In case of advertising or promoting products and/or services in a manner that is illegal, immoral, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, inciting anger, obscene, threatening, harassing, damaging to the reputation or dignity of others, involving chain letters, violating personal rights, or causing harm to any individual and/or juristic person, whether directly or indirectly.
Entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members shall submit the documents specified in the membership application regulations, such as a copy of the ID card, business registration certificate, Phor.Phor. 20, or any other documents that JOBBKK.COM requests, without exception. If any entrepreneur member and/or job seeker member fails to submit the required documents, forges documents, or submits false documents, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to that entrepreneur member and/or job seeker member without prior warning or notice, and shall not be obligated to refund any expenses (if any).
Entrepreneur members will be entitled to use services as follows: job posting, searching the history of job seekers according to the number and duration of use specified on the membership application date, fully under the terms and conditions specified. However, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to amend and change the terms of service, prices, freebies, and/or sales promotions without prior notice. These changes are primarily for the benefit of members.
Entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members hereby certify and confirm that they are a juristic person or individual with legal rights and are able to legally perform various transactions in accordance with the law. In the event that any job seeker member is under 20 years of age, he/she hereby certifies and confirms that he/she has obtained proper written consent from a legal representative.
They may update job positions by themselves (up to 2 times per day).
They may post job position recruitment by themselves, 24 hours a day.
They may search history, 24 hours a day.
They may view statistics and download the Performance Report.
They may view the Job Matching application management system.
They may choose to receive job applications via email (as specified by the entrepreneur member) or choose to store them in the JOBBKK.COM system.
They may search history by number and duration according to the specified usage.
They may view the contact information of job applicants who are online in the JOBBKK.COM website system (except for additional services).
They may add their company logo, map, and link to their company website.
The username and password can be used on one computer per login. Entrepreneur members may not use their username and password to log in to more than one computer at the same time.
They may use both Thai and English languages.
The JOBBKK.COM website supports the highest standard of security for data transmitted over the Internet (SSL Certificate).
JOBBKK.COM disclaims any responsibility for damages to entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members resulting from the members' own mistakes or errors, or from third parties.
JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to provide compensation for website usage at its discretion, based on what it deems reasonable and fair to members, in the event of problems or errors caused by the website system, except in cases of natural disasters and fires.
JOBBKK.COM would like to inform website users/members about the content of articles, texts, images, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other materials that appear on the website. If any person copies, forges, reproduces, or modifies any of the above for commercial gain without consent or permission, JOBBKK.COM will take legal action against the copyright infringers immediately.
Entrepreneur members agree and consent to JOBBKK.COM disclosing their information that has been submitted to JOBBKK.COM or recorded and stored in the JOBBKK.COM system in the following cases:
Profile, job application information, application forms, and other supporting documents for job application, as well as details and any other information of job seeker members, will be disclosed to entrepreneur members who are members and post job advertisements when such entrepreneur members exercise their rights during their membership.
The information of entrepreneur members will be disclosed to job seeker members only in the parts that entrepreneur members wish to be disclosed.
The information of entrepreneur members' job postings will be disclosed to job seeker members via JOBBKK.COM during the membership.
The information on job postings submitted by entrepreneur members to JOBBKK.COM or recorded and stored in the JOBBKK.COM system,which includes the name, picture, contact information, or personal details of the entrepreneur member's employees, officers, or personnel, whether in part or in whole, or any copies of documents proving the existence of another person, is hereby certified and confirmed by the entrepreneur member. The entrepreneur member certifies that they have obtained consent from the owner of such personal information and have the right to use such information for recruitment or related purposes. JOBBKK.COM will not be liable for any damages, including any lawsuits or claims arising from the use of the above information or documents.
Entrepreneur members agree and acknowledge that JOBBKK.COM may be required to disclose entrepreneur members' information in response to a court order or subpoena, or upon request from a government agency as authorized by law.

Entrepreneur members are responsible for safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of their usernames and passwords. If there is any suspicion that their user account, username, or password has been compromised without authorization, entrepreneur members must immediately contact Customer Service at 02-514-7474 or email: [email protected] immediately.
Entrepreneur members may object to the collection and use of their information, including requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of information they have submitted to JOBBKK.COM or recorded and stored in the JOBBKK.COM system, by contacting Customer Service at 02-514-7474 or email: [email protected]. JOBBKK.COM will delete, destroy, or anonymize such information within 90 days from the date of receipt of the request. However, for information sent through various channels, JOBBKK.COM will make its utmost efforts to delete, destroy, or anonymize such information.
Entrepreneur members may withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and dissemination of personal data by deleting their user account in the user account settings menu or by contacting the Customer Service department at 02-514-7474 or email: [email protected]. However, withdrawing consent to the collection, use, and dissemination of personal data may result in the entrepreneur member being unable to use their user account on JOBBKK.COM in the future.
JOBBKK.COM would like to inform you that, after deleting an entrepreneur member account or withdrawing consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, JOBBKK.COM is still required to retain the information of job seekers for a period of 90 days due to legal requirements.
In addition to the cases in clause 8.5 JOBBKK.COM is required to retain certain personal data of its entrepreneur members in the system for a period of 10 years, even if JOBBKK.COM deletes or destroys your user account or data in accordance with clause 8.5 , in order to investigate and prevent inappropriate use of the services or repeated wrongdoing arising from the behavior of job seekers and/or applicants, which may recur in the JOBBKK.COM system.
Entrepreneur members shall be solely responsible for any costs, damages, attorney fees, court fees, or any other expenses arising from dispute resolution if it is determined that the cause of contract termination is the fault of the entrepreneur member.
JOBBKK.COM is pleased to provide services to all entrepreneur members with sincerity, aiming to be a quality job recruitment website for the benefit of all members. If it is found that any member's behavior may cause damage to other members or individuals, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to revoke access to the service system and related services without prior notice. JOBBKK.COM's decision right to take any action in any case shall be final. Entrepreneur members and/or job seeker members understand and accept that JOBBKK.COM acts solely as an intermediary to connect clients with similar professional needs. The decision to take any action is solely the member's responsibility. Therefore, the member fully accepts the “Terms and Conditions of Service” outlined above and confirms that he/she will not file any lawsuit, whether civil or criminal, against any individual, juristic person, executive, or team member of JOBBKK.COM in any case. By applying for membership, the member agrees to these terms.
These Terms of Service and any other agreements related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
